About these terms

OportoMenu.au ("the site", "we", "us") is an independent guide to the Oporto menu in Australia. These terms set out the rules for using the site, its pages and its free tools. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

We update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Information only

All content on the site is general information, provided to help you plan an Oporto order. We do not sell food, accept orders, take payments or run Flame Rewards. Any order you place is a transaction between you and Oporto, under Oporto's own terms.

Our menu data comes from Oporto's public online menu, using the Padstow NSW store as the base, and our store data comes from Oporto's public store list. The site rebuilds daily, and prices on the site change only when the menu is collected again.

Prices, hours, nutrition and allergens

Prices, opening hours, menu availability, kJ and Calorie figures and allergen markings all vary by store and change over time. A price on this site is a guide, not a quote, and the price charged at the counter or in the Oporto app is the one that applies.

Nutrition and allergen details are copied from information Oporto publishes. They are not medical advice. Anyone with a food allergy, intolerance or medical condition must confirm ingredients and preparation with Oporto staff before ordering. Our allergen disclaimer sets out the limits of this data in more detail.

We work to keep the site correct and current, but we do not promise that every figure is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Confirm anything important with Oporto directly.

Independence and trademarks

Independent site. Not affiliated with Oporto or Craveable Brands. No part of the site is endorsed, sponsored or approved by Oporto, Craveable Brands, Red Rooster or Chicken Treat.

Oporto, the Oporto logo, Bondi Burger, Flame Rewards and other product and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the menu items and stores we describe. Original text, layout, tools and data presentation on the site belong to OportoMenu.au.

Acceptable use

You can browse the site, use the menu tools and share links to any page for personal, non commercial purposes. You must not copy large parts of the site, scrape it with automated tools, republish our content as your own, or use the site to send spam or malicious code.

You must not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with the ads that fund it. We can block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Third party services and links

The site shows ads from Google AdSense, is hosted by Cloudflare and links to outside sites, including Oporto's own. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Our privacy policy explains the data they collect.

Limitation of liability

The site and its tools are provided free and as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including loss from relying on a price, opening time, nutrition figure or allergen marking shown here.

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability under such a guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant information again.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Questions about these terms go to [email protected], and our FAQs answer most questions about how the site works.
