Oporto names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the items we describe. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, tell us and we will review it.
How to send a takedown request
Email [email protected] with the subject line Takedown and include the following: your name and contact details; a description of the work or mark you believe is infringed; the exact URL of each page on this site that contains the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices slow things down, so include every item above. We acknowledge each request within 3 business days.
What happens next
Once we confirm a notice is valid, we remove or disable the material and let you know. Where we can identify who supplied the material, we tell them it has been removed.
If you think your material was removed by mistake, send a counter notice to the same address explaining why, with your contact details and signature. We review counter notices and restore material where the claim does not stand up.
